Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy ("Policy") applies to all products and services offered by KULTUREHIRE EDUCATION TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED ("the Company"). Please read this Policy carefully before making any purchases or engaging with our programs.

1. Free Programs:

• No cancellation or refunds are applicable for free programs. Once enrolled, participants are committed to completing the program with no exceptions.

2. Job Readiness Programs:

• A fixed one-time fee is applicable for Job Readiness Programs.
• A 7-day refund period is provided, starting from the date of payment, with no questions asked.
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to Team@kulturehire.com within the 7-day period.
• After the 7-day period, no refunds will be granted.
• Cancellation of Job Readiness Programs after the 7-day refund period is not possible.

3. Courses:

• Courses have a 7-day no questions asked refund and cancellation policy.
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to Team@kulturehire.com within the 7-day period.
• After the 7-day period, no refunds will be granted.
• Cancellation of Courses after the 7-day refund period is not possible.

Refund Liability for India:

• Refunds will be processed in accordance with the guidelines set by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).
• All refunds will be made in Indian Rupees (INR).
• The Company is not responsible for any fluctuations in currency exchange rates.
